Nuova Ruggeri has always placed the quality of processes and products among its primary objectives. For this reason the company, in addition to the application of a rigid HACCP method and system, has implemented internally a voluntary organization system according to the IFS - International Food Standards - recognized at European level.
The accurate controls throughout production, from the arrival of the raw materials to the release of the finished product, and the attention to every phase of the process guarantee the quality and safety necessary for the consumer on a daily basis.

Nuova Ruggeri's Quality Policy specifically provides:
SELECTION AND CONTROL OF RAW MATERIALS: the suppliers of raw materials are selected and qualified periodically, the ingredients used comply with rigid internal specifications and are constantly monitored also thanks to accredited external laboratories. The eggs are fresh, the flours are obtained from very high quality grains and the concentrated anhydrous butter significantly enhances the aroma and taste of the finished product.
GMO FREE: the ingredients used by Nuova Ruggeri do not derive from genetically manipulated raw materials.
NO HYDROGENATED FATS: fats of vegetable origin (margarine) do not derive from hydrogenation processes which could cause increased cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases in consumers.
NO PRESERVATIVES: the use of the highest quality raw materials, cutting-edge production and packaging systems, the use of natural yeast and compliance with high hygiene standards within the production departments, guarantee characteristics of the finished product such that the long preservation is guaranteed without the use of chemical preservatives.
STAFF TRAINING: excellent quality of the finished product is also guaranteed by the constant training of staff in terms of hygiene and safety at work. Staff are led to understand the importance of their role in the process and are continually involved in sharing management objectives.
